1. Introduction Welcome to the Brow Gels By Brows Couple Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the company and affiliate program participants. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

 2. Eligibility To join the program, you must:

• Be of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence.

•  Have a valid PayPal account.

• Have access to digital tools for product promotion.

• Accept and comply with company policies.

•  If residing in the United States, you must have a valid Tax ID or Social Security Number to complete your W9 form for commission payments.

 3. Program Categories The program is divided into the following levels, based on the number of registered affiliates:

• Bronze: 1 to 5 affiliates.

• Silver: 6 to 15 affiliates.

• Gold: 16 to 29 affiliates.

• Platinum: 30 or more affiliates.

Commission Percentages by Package:

• Bronze:

  • Starter Package: 10% direct, 0% indirect.

  • Entrepreneur Package: 12% direct, 0% indirect.

  • Business Package: 15% direct, 2% indirect.

• Silver:

  • Starter Package: 12% direct, 0% indirect.

  • Entrepreneur Package: 15% direct, 2% indirect.

  • Business Package: 18% direct, 5% indirect.

• Gold:

  • Starter Package: 15% direct, 2% indirect.

  • Entrepreneur Package: 20% direct, 5% indirect.

  • Business Package: 25% direct, 7% indirect.

• Platinum:

  • Starter Package: 20% direct, 5% indirect.

  • Entrepreneur Package: 25% direct, 7% indirect.

  • Business Package: 30% direct, 10% indirect.

Each level offers different benefits and opportunities to increase affiliate earnings.

Definitions:

• Direct Affiliate: A person who registered in the program using your affiliate code or link.
• Indirect Affiliate: An affiliate who registered through one of your direct affiliates.

Examples:

• If you are at the Gold level and sell a Business Package, you will receive a 25% direct commission on that sale.
• If one of your direct affiliates sells a Business Package and you are at the Platinum level, you will receive a 10% indirect commission.

 4. Commissions and Payments

• Commissions are based on sales made using your affiliate code.

• Commission payments are processed quarterly within the first 10 business days of January, April, July, and October.

• The company reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

• Indirect commissions are generated from sales made by directly recruited affiliates.

 5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Brow Gels By Brows Couple ethically, without using spam or misleading advertising.

• Respect the company's guidelines for using promotional materials.

• Keep contact and payment details up to date.

• Not share your affiliate code for fraudulent purposes or in violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• The company retains all rights to promotional materials, logos, and brand elements.
• Use of materials must be solely for promotional purposes and aligned with company policies.
• Modifying, altering, or duplicating brand materials without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Agreement Termination

• The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation if they violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the brand’s reputation.
• The affiliate may cancel participation by notifying the company in writing 15 days in advance via email at [email protected].
• Any outstanding balance will be paid within 30 days of termination, subject to verification.

8. Modifications and Program Termination

• The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, providing at least 30 days' notice via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
• The company may terminate the program with a 60-day notice, allowing affiliates to process pending commissions and finalize operations in an orderly manner.

9. Liability Limitation

• The company is not liable for losses or damages arising from participation in the program.
• Payment delays due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.
• Technical issues beyond the company’s reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of San Diego, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.

11. Confidentiality

• All information shared between the company and affiliates, including commissions and marketing strategies, must remain confidential.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of affiliation.
