Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to the BC Membership Program by Brows Couple. These Terms and Conditions outline the relationship between the company and BC Members. By registering as a BC Member, you agree to comply with these terms.
  2. Eligibility
    To join the BC Membership Program, you must:
  • Be of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence.
  • Have a valid payment method to complete the membership purchase.
  • Agree to and comply with the company's policies regarding membership usage and benefits.
  1. Membership Benefits
    As a BC Member, you will enjoy the following exclusive benefits:
  • Free shipping on all orders within The Beauty Ink Store and Mexico, limited to service countries (Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico).
  • Priority shipping for faster order processing.
  • 10% BC Cash rewards on eligible purchases within The Beauty Ink Store and The Beauty Ink Store Mexico.
  • 10% discount on all courses from the Brows Couple Online Platform (excludes in-person events).
  • Access to an exclusive downloadable PDF each month on entrepreneurship and beauty (delivered on the 15th of each month).
  1. Non-Eligible Products for BC Member Benefits

The following products do not qualify for discounts, BC Cash rewards, or free shipping under the BC Membership Program:

  • Brow Gels, whether sold individually or in packages (Initial, Entrepreneur, and Business).
  • Irene Urias Colorist Products, including:
    • Practice mannequins (16” and 20” - 100% human hair).
    • Foiling and balayage board kits.
    • Professional balayage comb.
    • Professional salon apron.
    • Colorist cape.

These items are not eligible for BC Member program benefits. Any purchase of these products will be processed under standard store conditions.

  1. Membership Payments
  • Membership fees are $97 USD for 6 months or $147 USD for 12 months.
  • Payment is required in advance and will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in the company’s refund policy.
  • The membership expires once the paid period is completed.
  • The membership starts on the purchase date.
  1. BC Cash Rewards and Expiration
  • BC Cash rewards do not expire during the active membership period.
  • After the membership ends, members have an additional 3 months to use their accumulated BC Cash rewards. During this period, no new points will be accumulated.
  • If the BC Cash rewards are not used within the 3-month grace period, they will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  1. Member Responsibilities
  • BC Members are responsible for ensuring their contact and payment information is accurate and up to date.
  • Members must use their benefits ethically and in compliance with company policies.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared with individuals outside the membership.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All downloadable PDFs and other resources provided as part of the membership remain the property of Brows Couple.
  • Members may use these resources for personal and professional development but may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior authorization.
  1. Termination of Membership
  • Brows Couple reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member violates these terms, commits fraudulent activity, or engages in actions that harm the brand’s reputation.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused months.
  1. Modifications to Membership Terms
  • Brows Couple reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or the membership portal at least 30 days in advance.
  • Continued participation in the BC Membership Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The company will not be held liable for delays or interruptions in benefits due to technical or logistical issues beyond its control.
  • Losses or damages resulting from the misuse of membership benefits.
  1. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws in San Diego, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

  1. Confidentiality

All information shared with BC Members, including exclusive resources and promotions, must remain confidential. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of membership and loss of benefits.
